Standard processing time during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) is 15–60 minutes for BCA and BRI transfers and up to 24 hours for other channels. kos303 does not guarantee processing times that depend on third-party banking infrastructure.
5.3 Currency. All account balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). No currency conversion is applied within the Platform. Any currency conversion performed externally by a bank or payment provider is solely at the User's expense and risk.
5.4 Third-Party Transactions. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. kos303 strictly prohibits the use of third-party bank accounts or e-wallets for deposits or withdrawals. Any account found to have transacted via a third-party payment method will be suspended pending investigation.
5.5 Unclaimed Balances. Account balances remaining dormant (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or other administrative action, the details of which will be communicated to the account holder's registered email address prior to any deduction.

7.1 General Bet Rules. All bets are final once confirmed. kos303 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been submitted and acknowledged by the Platform's systems. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.
7.2 Maximum Payouts. kos303 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day, which are published within the betting interface. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum. Maximum payout limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
7.3 Error and System Faults. In the event of a technical error, manifest error in odds or pricing, or system malfunction that results in incorrect payouts, kos303 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stakes. kos303 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of reliance on erroneously displayed odds.
7.4 Football Betting (Bandar Bola). Football odds and markets — including Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and 1X2 — are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI, or respective league authority). Any match abandoned before the minimum qualifying period has elapsed will be treated as void unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
7.5 Togel Lottery. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are settled against official results published by the respective pool operator (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club). kos303 is not responsible for any discrepancy between results published by the pool operator and results reported by unofficial third-party sources.
7.6 Sabung Ayam Streaming Events. Bets on sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) matches are subject to the specific event rules applicable to the relevant arena and stream provider. In the event of a match being declared void, interrupted, or cancelled before a result is determined, all stakes on that match will be refunded. Meron and Wala betting lines close at the commencement of each match and no further bets are accepted once a match is live.
